If you feel that your vehicle was booted in error, you may fill out the following dispute to have the matter further researched. For all refund requests, it is important you provide the proper documentation, i.e., proof of your parking payment as well as a copy of your boot removal receipt(s) and any other documentation for us to review.
Parking fees must be paid upon arrival and renewed upon expiration or re-entry. If you parked and walked away from the premises without paying, your vehicle was properly booted per the parking operators request.
If you entered the wrong license plate/tag# a refund will not be given. Parking operators require payment for each vehicle’s license plate per parking space.
Uber, Lyft or any type of delivery service, is required to pay for parking, regardless of how long the vehicle is left unattended.
If you were booted for a valid reason, a refund will not be issued and you will not receive a response to this dispute.
