Boot Man, Inc. was established in 2004, and began doing business as Premier Parking Enforcement in 2005. The lack of regulation and ethical business practices in the booting industry at that time was an apparent problem that needed to be addressed.

Premier Parking Enforcement created a new standard that would provide parking operators an effective way to control parking violations and increase revenue.

Over the years, Premier Parking Enforcement has become the leader in the parking enforcement industry, and has played a vital role in implementing state and city booting ordinances.
